As one steps out of their academic life, they look for a job pertaining to the field they have done their studies but there is a huge gap between what is taught to what is done in the industry. There are several aspects of industry work that a fresher might face difficulties to cope up. To address this grave issue, many institutes have come up with a 6 weeks/months industrial training program that will help a fresher groom into a true professional that the industry looks for.
These training programs are mainly divided into two parts – theoretical and hands-on. These programs mainly pertain to the IT industry and covers various areas in the fields of BCA, MCA, B.TECH, B.Sc(IT), M.Sc(IT). It is very important to understand the difference between education in IT field and training in IT industry programs. Firstly the students’ gets to select the technology based on domains e.g. Dot Net, Advance Java Programming / J2EE with AJAX, Android Embedded Systems, PHP, CCNA etc. Thereafter projects are allocated to students’ based on a technology of their selection where they get to have a hands-on practical knowledge.
